More Than a Club Placement

At The Cricket Connection, we take a long-term approach to cricket player representation.

Our role is not simply to find a player a club.

It is to understand their ambitions, represent their interests and support their development throughout the placement process and beyond. This is almost exactly how your pack defines your approach.

Sometimes that means securing the right opportunity now.

Sometimes it means building relationships, making connections and helping a player take the next step in their cricket journey.

For us, a successful placement is the beginning of the relationship — not the end.
